Israeli Film Festival

KLS is celebrating Yom HaAtzma’ut (Israeli Independence Day) with a film festival showcasing 6 Israeli films from different genre. All films are either in English or have English sub-titles.
Films will be shown at 8pm on alternate Mondays, starting on 11 May. Popcorn and soft drinks will be available for sale. This week’s film is “Lo Sam Zayin (I don’t Give A Damn)”.
This Israeli cinema classic tells a deeply moving and emotianal story. Raffi is a life-loving Israeli youth who falls in love with a girl right before getting drafted. Terribly injured in the army, Raffi is faced with a choice: to rise above his new problems, or to become deeply bitter.
