Krav Maga is great for confidence, awareness, exercise, stress-relief, fitness and self defence. You don’t have to be fit to start but your fitness will improve. Geared to mixed ages and abilities, beginners welcome. cost- £10 per session, paid directly to the external trainer. First trial session free.
