Adult self-defence classes (Urban Krav Maga) run on most Thursdays at 7pm.

An additional warm up takes place at 7.30pm.

Sessions last for 90 mins.

First class free – but please book in advance via the office.

Krav Maga is great for confidence, awareness, exercise, stress-relief, fitness and self defence.  You don’t have to be fit to start but your fitness will improve.  Geared to mixed ages and abilities, beginners welcome.  cost- £10 per session, paid directly to the external trainer.  Please contact the KLS Office for more information or if you would like to try Krav Maga.
