DESCRIPTION:Usually 2nd Tuesday of the month from 8-10pm \nAll welcome to join us for a friendly game of table tennis.  We meet monthly\, usually on the second Tuesday of the month\, at the synagogue in the NFJ Hall.  All ages and all abilities.  The club recently received a new table in celebration of Robert Markless’s tutorship of 100 Bnei Mitzvah. \nWe have two tables and play singles as well as doubles. We usually end the evening with all around the table\, when people have to keep moving around and hitting alternatively\, losing a “life” every time they lose a point. After three lives\, a person falls out. This continues until two left and they then play a best of five points singles. It can be very hectic at times\, but good fun. \nWe took part in a national tournament in 2012 and won a trophy! \nPlease contact the Synagogue Office if you would like to join us \n\n \nThe new table tennis table is “christened”!!! \n\n. \n

SUMMARY:Summer Ramble
DESCRIPTION:Join us at 10.15am\, 1.15pm or 2pm\, or throughout! \nPlease contact the synaogue office for further details. \nThe morning walk will start promptly at 10.15am and is 8 miles which will take around 3 hours at a moderate pace. The circular walk takes us through woodland and past a very picturesque lake. We return to the car park for lunch. (Please bring a picnic.) \nThe picnic lunch is at about 1.15pm at the car park where there are wooden benches with spectacular views over the rolling Surrey hills. \nThe afternoon walk starts from the same car park at 2.00pm and is a more leisurely 4 miles across farmland\, through meadows and some more woodland areas. We shall be stopping for a well-deserved drink at a local pub before completing the smaller loop back to the start again. \nThe whole day is around 12 miles or so but you are welcome to do either or both of the loops.

DESCRIPTION:For further information\, please contact the symagogue office. \nSession 1\nSynagogue choirs will be invited to bring two songs to perform in the Concert and\nMusic Directors will teach one of these songs to a different choir. It\nshould be simple enough to learn within the timeframe of the session. \nSession 2 \nA BIG SING – to learn and prepare ONE SONG for all singers to perform\ntogether in the concert. Music Directors will divide across ‘break-out‘\ngroups\, with a short rehearsal altogether before the concert-sharing.

DESCRIPTION:Weekly 90 min class on most Thursdays 7.00-8.30pm\n\nStay sharp. Be fit. Burn 1000 calories. Look after yourself. \nBe aware\, confident\, safe! Burn calories and improve fitness! \nAdult self-defence classes (Urban Krav Maga) run on most Thursdays at 7pm. \nFirst class free – but please book in advance via the office. \nKrav Maga is great for awareness\, confidence\, exercise\, fitness\, stress and self defence. \nYou don’t have to be fit to start but your fitness will improve. \nGeared to mixed ages and abilities\, minimum age is 18\, beginners welcome. \nCost – £10 per session\, paid directly to the external trainer. \nPlease contact the KLS Office for more information if you would like to try Krav Maga. \n
