DESCRIPTION:Weekly 90 minute class on most Thursdays 7.00-8.30pm\n\nStay sharp. Be fit. Burn 1000 calories. Look after yourself. \nBe aware\, confident\, safe!  Burn calories and improve fitness! \nAdult self-defence classes (Urban Krav Maga) run on most Thursdays at 7pm. \nFirst class free – but please book in advance via the office. \nKrav Maga is great for awareness\, confidence\, exercise\, fitness\, stress and self defence. \nYou don’t have to be fit to start but your fitness will improve. \nGeared to mixed ages and abilities\, minimum age is 18\, beginners welcome. \nCost – £10 per session\, paid directly to the external trainer. \nPlease contact the KLS Office for more information if you would like to try Krav Maga. \n
