20 December 2014 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am
Come and join us and share and discuss books that you have recently enjoyed. We meet in the Library (where else?!), and all are welcome whether you have read a book recently or not.
At January’s meeting (10 January), we will be discussing “Jacob’s Folly” by Rebecca Miller. Jacob Cerf is a Jewish peddlar in 18th century Paris then reincarnated as a fly in the 21st century. he directly and indirectly influences the lives of two people, a heroic giant and an Orthodox Jewish teenager who longs for a forbidden life. the novel skips to Jacob’s Parisian memories to better understand who he was.
