Adult Education on a Saturday – UK Task Force

Continuing our interesting series of talks on Saturday mornings, we are delighted to welcome the UK Task Force to KLS.  UK Task Force is a coalition of organisations in the UK Jewish community from a broad spectrum including Liberal Judaism, United Synagogue, MRJ, the various youth movements, UJIA, the Board of Deputies. Its aim is to educate on the issues facing Israel’s Arab minority, looking at gaps in the community’s knowledge. They run seminars, tours of Israel and bring speakers over to the UK.  Sam heard them speak at the recent LJ Day of Celebration, and booked them straight away to come and talk to KLS.  To get an idea of their work, look at their UK Task Force.
