Truffle Making Workshop

You are invited to join Nigel Jackson in a truffle making demonstration and workshop. Nigel has been a KLS member for about 4 years now, but has spent much longer developing his recipe for Rum and Raisin Truffles, and he has kindly agreed to share his secret with the KLS community! (Apparently the success of the truffles lies in selecting not only the best rum but also the best Green & Blacks chocolate for the job!)
Non-alcoholic recipe available for students.
The workshop will finish by about 12.30pm.
Places limited to 30. Bring an apron!
